CUSTOMER SERVICE INFORMATION

Orders placed before 12pm PST are usually shipped the same day when the products ordered are in stock. (Monday - Friday)

InkPitStop is committed to saving you money, our shipping is a flat fee of $4.95 per order under $50.00 on all Toners and Inkjet Cartridges shipped via UPS Ground. Shipping is FREE for orders over $50.00 shipped via UPS Ground. UPS will not ship to PO Box.

The estimated delivery time via UPS Ground will be approximately 3-5 working days to the East Coast and 2-3 working days on the West Coast from the time of order as indicated in the UPS map below. We also offer UPS Next Day, UPS 2nd Day or UPS 3 Day Select if you require expedited shipping other than our regular shipping option.

Order Tracking
You will receive an email confirmation showing the UPS tracking number within 24-48 hours depending on the availability of the item you ordered. You can track your order at our Order Tracking page.

School and Government Purchase Orders
We accept all school and government purchase orders. Please include a contact person, name, phone number, and email so we can send a confirmation of the order. Fax your PO to (949) 699-6833 or mail it to our physical address. Purchase orders are generally processed and shipped out in 24 hours.

Pay By Check or Money Order
If you would like to pay by check or money order please use the online checkout process. Start by selecting the items you wish to order. When you have all the items you want press the check out button. You will be taken to a page to fill in your shipping information. Print this page and mail it in with your check to the address in our Contact Us page.

InkPitStop does not tolerate spamming and has a zero tolerance policy regarding the transmission of "spam" e-mail.
