| Return Guidelines for Toners and InkJet CartridgesWe are confident our products will meet, if not exceed your expectations. Our
products are assured for high quality performance and zero manufacturing defects.
However in the case that you are not completely satisfied with our product we
will replace it or refund all your money. Also if you receive damaged products
we will gladly replace it with a new one. The following return policies and procedures
have been established for all InkPitStop orders. Please fill out the Return Authorization Form.
Not following the return process properly will result in delays for the refund
UNOPENED MERCHANDISE
Unopened cartridges, refill kits, or cartridge may be returned within 30 days of purchase for a full refund of the purchase price or a credit of the purchase
price towards an exchange. Please keep in mind that shipping charges are not refundable. Contact us at (866) 654-5619 M-F 10am - 6pm PST to set up a replacement or return.
OPENED MERCHANDISE
All opened items may be returned within 30 days of purchase for a replacement
or a full refund of the purchase price. Please keep in mind that shipping charges are not refundable. Contact us at (866) 654-5619 M-F 10am - 6pm PST to set up a replacement or return.
For all name brand cartridges (Apple, Canon, Compaq, Epson, etc.) are covered
by their respective manufacturer's warranties. If you have a defective item, please
contact the manufacturer to verify the manufacturers' warranty. We do not accept
returns of open OEM cartridges.
SHIPPING CHARGES
Shipping charges are nonrefundable, except in the event of a packing error. The
following guideline applies to orders where customers received free shipping:
Customers receiving free shipping will be credited the full purchase price of
all products returned less shipping if their entire order is returned
for a refund.
REFUNDS
Customers returning items can expect to be refunded in the method in which they
paid within 7-15 business days of our receipt of the returned item.
EXCHANGES
Customers wishing to exchange an item(s) should reorder the desired item(s) via
our web site, www.inkpitstop.com, and separately return the item(s) they would
like to receive credit for.
PACKAGING ERRORS
If you have received an incorrect item(s), please email sales@inkpitstop.com
or call us Toll free (866) 654-5619 M-F 10am - 6pm PST so we may immediately begin to
correct the error.
